Returns

At JustNaadiyas, we want your shopping experience to feel effortless. That’s why we provide clear product imagery and detailed descriptions, helping you make confident, informed choices every time.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and returned in the original jewellery box or bag.

To start a return, please email us at sales@justnaadiyas.com. Once approved, returns must be posted back within 14 days of your request. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for peace of mind. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed once your items are returned within the given timeframe. Returns made outside this window will be issued a credit note.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. This timeframe allows us to investigate any transit-related issues quickly and accurately. Faulty returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.

Manufacturing defects are covered within 40 days of receiving your order. After this period, missing stones or breakages are classed as fair wear and tear or accidental damage. If eligible, we’ll happily arrange a free replacement within the 40-day window. 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 working days from receipt of your item, plus additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
