We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please return your item in the original jewellery box / bag.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of request of return. We recommend that you return your items via a tracked delivery service to ensure both piece of mind for both you and us. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed as long as items are returned within given time frame. A credit note will be issued for any returns made out of this timeframe.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This time frame is crucial to us to back track any transit damage. Faulty returns have to be made within 14 days from recieving the item.
Jewellery: within 40 days of receiving your item, damages are classed as a manufacturing defect. After the 40 day period, loss of missing stones and broken jewellery are classed as fair wear and tear and accidental damage respectively.You may be eligible to recieve a free replacement within the given timeframe, 40 days from recieving your item, if damaged. You must get in contact with us via email. Please note replacements are made to order and can take 2-3 weeks.
Non Refundable Items
Please note we do not accept refunds or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of our customers. Please note we do not refund custom orders as the product has been directly made to order for you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This could take 3 working days from reciept of the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
