Returns

Our objective here at JustNaadiyas is to provide a hassle-free shopping experience to our customers. Hence, we provide you with quality imagery and full descriptions for you to make an informed purchase.

JustNaadiyas accept returns for an exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Please contact us via email (sales@justnaadiyas.com) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damged item/lost stones - You may be eligible to recieve a free replacement within the given timeframe, 40 days from recieving your item. You must get in contact with us via email. Please note; Replacements may have to be produced so please allow 2/3 weeks for this.

Within 40 days of receiving your item, damages are classed as a manufacturing defect. After the 40 day period, loss of missing stones and broken jewellery are classed as fair wear and tear and accidental damage respectively. 

Please note that our jewellery is very delicate especially pave and prong settings. If items are dropped, used within water etc, your item is more suscebitable to damage due to their fine construction.

Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. We recommend that you return your items via a tracked delivery service to ensure both piece of mind for both you and us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund within 5 working days of receipt of the original order back to us. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.

We will only accept a return if the product(s) is new and unused. Under no circumstances will we accept any product(s) that indicates it has been worn or used. Please ensure the product(s) is free from scratches, chemical products and the shine remains. This is classed as new and unused. Please return your order along with boxed packaging.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. Each return is strictly examined to ensure the quality of the product(s). If you fail to comply with this, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and will return the goods to you at your own cost.*Please note we do not accept refunds or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of our customers.*Please note we do not refund custom orders as the product has been directly sourced for you.
